The Closing and Graduation Ceremony of the 21-Day FGD National Youth Leadership Workshop was held on April 28, 2026, at the UPF Peace Embassy, Philippines, organized by the Future Generation Department (FGD) of FFWPU Philippines. The activity marked the conclusion of the 21-day residential training program, with 30 participants in attendance, together with leaders and guests.

The closing program included messages from key leaders, participant testimonies, awarding of certificates, and the induction of Pure Love Youth Generation (PLYG) officers. The messages emphasized the importance of applying the learnings from the workshop in daily life and mission, and highlighted that the value of the training will be reflected in the participants’ continued practice after returning to their respective areas.

The 21-day workshop was implemented as a structured leadership formation program integrating lectures, practical training, and field-based activities. It followed a progression from internal formation to application, combining Divine Principle education, leadership sessions, and experiential components such as public speaking, community engagement, and fundraising immersion.

Several key program components contributed to the outcomes of the training. The Lecture Competition provided participants with the opportunity to organize and deliver content based on the lectures, helping them practice clarity and structure in communication. The public speaking training and immersion activities supported the development of confidence and engagement in interacting with others.

The fundraising immersion, conducted over several days, allowed participants to experience field-based activities that required coordination, consistency, and teamwork. Through this, a group of participants demonstrated readiness to continue supporting future fundraising activities at the national level.

The induction of Pure Love Youth Generation (PLYG) officers during the closing ceremony also formalized a platform through which participants can continue engaging in youth leadership and witnessing-related activities after the training.

Daily practices such as Tong Il Moo Do training, reflection sessions, and community-based activities further contributed to the development of discipline, routine, and group coordination throughout the program.

Based on partiipant reflections, the workshop supported improvements in confidence, communication, and personal discipline. Many participants also expressed a clearer understanding of their role and responsibility, as well as a willingness to apply their learning within their local context.

Overall, the workshop achieved its purpose of providing a foundational leadership formation experience that combined instruction, practice, and reflection. The closing ceremony marked the transition of participants from training into continued application, with emphasis on sustaining the learning in their respective missions and responsibilities.
