On March 24, 2026, the weekly staff meeting was conducted with Sir Froilan together with the core staff members. The meeting aimed to review the current status of the ministry and prepare for upcoming activities. Two main agenda were discussed during the meeting. First, the financial report was presented by Ate May Idy, providing an update on the current funds, expenses, and financial needs of the organization. Second, the membership data updates were reported by Ate Harlyn, focusing on the latest records, attendance, and engagement of members.

In addition, the staff discussed preparations for the upcoming 5-day workshop scheduled on April 1–5 in line with the Holy Week. The team worked on editing the program flow and finalizing the assigned staff roles to ensure smooth implementation. This meeting was important in aligning the team’s direction, strengthening coordination, and ensuring readiness for the upcoming workshop. It also reflected the staff’s commitment to serve effectively and continuously improve the organization’s activities.
