On August 28, 2026, New Hope Academy School in the Solomon Islands commemorated the 14th Anniversary of the Holy Ascension of True Father, Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon. Around 300 students and parents attended the event, with National Leader Rev. Norman Pitabelama serving as the Guest of Honor and delivering the keynote address. He spoke about the significance of the Holy Day and highlighted important teachings and works that True Father dedicated himself to during his earthly mission.

The commemoration continued with cultural performances presented by students representing the nine provinces of the Solomon Islands. Through their traditional performances, the students added a joyful and meaningful expression of unity and cultural diversity to the occasion, bringing together families and the wider school community in honoring the legacy of True Father.
