Peace Ambassador, High Chief, former President Christopher J Loeak (2012-2016) passed away on August 8, 2025 in Hawaii. He had attended UPF World Summit 2020 with his wife. He made condolence visit to Peace Embassy of RMI on True Father’s Seung Hwa as current President of the time in 2012. His wife First Lady Anono Lieom Loeak attended the World Summit Korea on 2014 as well as First Lady Summit on 2019 in Palau. UPF RMI representatives and National Leader Rev. Takaaki Ito and Mrs. Ito attended the late President’s funeral service on August 29th at the United Church of Christ church. UPF RMI and UPF Oceania sent condolence messages.
