Last April 6, 2026, a weekly staff meeting was held at the Antipolo Family Church, centered on Rev.Froilan Matbagan Jr, the Area 3 Director, together with the staff members.

The meeting is usually conducted every Tuesday; however, for the first week of April, it was moved to Monday due to the convenience of everyone’s availability.

The meeting took place at the Antipolo Family Church, where each department was given the opportunity to report updates.

First, the FFWPU–Antipolo Family Church finalized its organizational structure for 2026. This aims to clearly establish roles and responsibilities so that members of the congregation will know whom to approach regarding their specific concerns.

Next, Ms. May Idy Mangilin from the Finance Department provided a brief update on the current financial status of the church. This was followed by the report of Ikumi Guingayan, Head of the Antipolo Blessed Children Department, who shared their educational plan for witnessing activities.

In his report, he presented the ideals developed by the core members of ABCD on how to raise new members within the community. He emphasized the importance of first building strong and genuine friendships with new individuals through the “One Family Dinner,” which will now be held every Saturday. This will be followed by the “One Family Day,” serving as a formal orientation to encourage participation in the upcoming 2-day Pure Water Workshop, which will be conducted four times a year.

Following this, the Area 3 Youth Coordinator shared updates regarding the list of participants who will be coming from the Area 3 for the 21-day FDG National Youth Leadership Workshop. Based on the report, 10 youth participants from Albay have been confirmed to join.

An update from the Buinbujang Department was also presented. Mrs. Sheila Maglangin shared several situations concerning single members and blessed families with whom she had communicated.

Lastly, a concern was raised by the Facility Manager, Mrs. Norie Flora, regarding the implementation of policies for staff and members staying in the center. These policies aim to ensure proper maintenance of cleanliness and appropriate use of shared spaces within the church.

The first staff meeting for the month concluded with a realization of the importance of unity among all staff members for the continuous growth and betterment of the church.
