On March 28, 2026, we were invited to attend and serve as resource speakers at a Thanksgiving celebration and fellowship event with the Balajo and Chumay-yo tribes in Barangay Dallao, Cordon, Isabela. The day was filled with joyful activities, as members from both tribes came together to share traditional foods, engage in storytelling, and participate in a presentation about the importance of family and living a meaningful life. The atmosphere was vibrant; children played games while the elders exchanged wisdom and laughter. This gathering not only strengthened the bonds between the tribes but also fostered a spirit of unity and gratitude within the community.
