On January 18, 2026, the Hong Kong Church held a Department Head Meeting at the church center after Sunday Service to begin setting priorities and programs for 2026. Pastor Hyungshin gathered the leaders to create a shared overview of the current situation in each ministry and to open a focused conversation on the direction for the coming year.

During the meeting, each department head briefly reported on recent activities, challenges, and needs in their area of responsibility. This time of sharing helped everyone see how the different ministries connect, where support is needed, and what opportunities exist for cooperation across departments.

This meeting was important because it set a united starting point for 2026, clarified that NGO outreach, internal community development, and guiding 2nd generation toward the Blessing will be key focuses for the year, and empowered leaders to take ownership of planning. Department heads expressed appreciation for hearing one another’s situations and felt motivated to pray, reflect, and return with more detailed proposals that can shape a clear and actionable ministry plan for the Hong Kong community in 2026
