In recent years, our now Continental Leader Rev Yutaka Yamada has invited core staff members of the Heavenly Parent Holy Community for an end of year meal, to express his gratitude for their effort in carrying out providential activities.

This year the invitation was extended to many who have significantly contributed to the providence in a variety of ways. People met for dinner at a Japanese/Korean Restaurant, owned by a second-generation member. Not everyone that was invited could join in.

A sister shared the following: “I was very grateful to be invited to the Appreciation dinner. It was a beautiful gesture from Rev Yamada. We enjoyed the food and each other’s company. At the end of the dinner we all took turns sharing good thoughts about this past year. I felt grateful to have this reflection time, and above all I felt immense gratitude for our Holy Mother Han who sent the beautiful pure water missionaries to support our public work in Australia. It was an amazing and high spirited evening.
