The 2025 Future Generation Department (FGD) General Assembly was successfully held from December 28 to 29, 2025, at the UPF Peace Embassy in Quezon City. The two-day assembly convened Area 1, Area 3, and Area 5 leaders, CARP National Officers, YSP National Officers, and one representative from BC, bringing together key stakeholders of the FFWPU youth movement to conclude the year, affirm shared direction, and establish concrete plans and commitments for 2026.

The General Assembly formally opened on the morning of December 28 with participants attending the Sunday Service, where the message was delivered by Mr. Jun Young Teves, Director of the Future Generation Department. His message emphasized faith, responsibility, perseverance during times of testing, and the central role of youth leaders in advancing God’s providence.

In the afternoon, the program proceeded with opening preliminaries and an energizer activity, followed by the presentation of the 2025 FGD National Report. Presented by Mr. Jun Young Teves, the report consolidated the annual accomplishments, challenges, and internal findings of each youth organization, including CARP, YSP, and related initiatives, and clearly outlined key focus points and reform directions for 2026. This served as a foundational output of the General Assembly.

Subsequently, participants engaged in team-building activities and a workshop session focused on the development of the Area and Organization Calendar of Activities, Action Plans, and SWOT Analyses. These sessions produced concrete and unified plans aligned with the national direction of the FGD for the coming year. The first day concluded with announcements and a group photo.

The second day opened with preliminaries and an energizer, followed by workshops on project and proposal development, further refining organizational strategies and initiatives for implementation in 2026.

A major highlight of the second day was the appointment of new National Officers, formally entrusting leaders with responsibilities for the next term. This was followed by the recognition of local youth leaders, honoring their dedication, service, and contributions throughout the year. An Oath of Commitment was then conducted, uniting all officers and leaders in a shared resolve to faithfully carry out their missions and responsibilities for the coming year.

A special message from Rev. Ronnie Sodusta, Philippine Regional Director of FFWPU Philippines, provided guidance, encouragement, and strategic direction, reinforcing the importance of unity, accountability, and alignment with Heavenly Parent’s providence.

Overall, the 2025 FGD General Assembly successfully delivered clear national outputs, finalized leadership appointments, affirmed accountability, and strengthened unity among youth leaders. It concluded 2025 with clarity and gratitude, while firmly setting the direction, structure, and commitment needed to advance the mission of the Future Generation Department in 2026.
