The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) Philippines successfully hosted the 7-Day Spirituality Workshop for Philippine Leaders from July 13–19, 2026, bringing together 60 pastors, youth leaders, and ministry heads from across the region. The workshop was held at the International Peace Leadership College (IPLC), Tanay, Rizal, with its concluding activities conducted at the FFWPU Philippines Regional Headquarters. The workshop was organized to deepen participants’ relationship with Heavenly Parent and True Parents, strengthen their spiritual life, and cultivate leaders equipped to fulfill their responsibilities in advancing God’s providence in the Philippines.
The program commenced with an Opening Ceremony on July 13, 2026 marking the first day of their one week intensive spiritual training. Throughout the workshop, participants observed a disciplined daily schedule that included Holy Ground Prayer, CheonBo ChanYang Yeoksa, CSW Special Prayer, prayer practice, group devotions, self-reflection, meditation, CSW Night Vigil Prayer, and the offering of 120 full bows. These devotional conditions were offered with sincere hearts as acts of filial attendance to Heavenly Parent and True Parents and as a collective expression of devotion, gratitude, and unwavering support for True Mother in her ongoing providential course. Despite the physical challenges brought by the demanding schedule, particularly for the many participants already advanced in age, their devotion remained steadfast. They embraced each spiritual condition with gratitude and perseverance, offering their utmost sincerity to Heaven and exemplifying the heart of filial children who place God’s providence above personal comfort.
Participants attended special lectures by Dr. Kim In Cheon, Dr. Julius Malicdem, Rev. Leo Angelo Halog, and Rev. Yutaka Yamada. Dr. Kim emphasized Cheon Il Guk leadership through absolute faith, filial devotion, and sincere attendance to Heavenly Parent and True Parents. Dr. Malicdem highlighted the heart of a true shepherd—marked by humility, sacrificial love, and dedication to one’s mission—reminding participants that true leadership is demonstrated through service, example, and a parental heart. Their messages encouraged participants to deepen their faith and develop the character needed to advance God’s providence.
The workshop also included reflection sessions, group prayer, a question-and-answer forum, and writing activities, including a Letter to the Future Self and a Letter to True Mother. These sessions provided opportunities for participants to examine their spiritual lives, renew their commitment to God’s providence, and strengthen unity and fellowship among fellow leaders. Despite the demanding schedule, participants faithfully completed every devotional condition with perseverance and sincerity, demonstrating their wholehearted commitment to spiritual growth and leadership development.
On July 17, participants proceeded to the FFWPU Philippines Regional Headquarters for the Three-Day Resonance Workshop, which concluded on July 19 with a Final Reflection Sharing and Closing Ceremony. During the ceremony, participants received certificates in recognition of their successful completion of the seven-day training program.
In his congratulatory message, Rev. Yutaka Yamada encouraged the graduates to embody the spirit of the workshop in their daily lives and ministries by maintaining a life of prayer, attendance, and service. He urged them to faithfully practice the lessons they had received and to share the love of Heavenly Parent and True Parents with their families, churches, and communities.
The completion of the 7-Day Spiritual Growth Workshop for Cheon Il Guk Leaders reflects FFWPU Philippines’ continued commitment to raising spiritually grounded leaders who embody faith, humility, and filial devotion. The workshop served as a shared journey of spiritual renewal and a collective offering of sincere devotion in support of True Mother and the fulfillment of Heaven’s providence. Returning to their respective mission areas with renewed conviction and purpose, the participants are now better prepared to serve their communities and advance the providence of Heavenly Parent and True Parents with greater dedication and unwavering commitment.

SATOMI GRACE T. GRANADA, 23, Second Generation
I am Satomi Grace T. Granada, a third daughter out of 5 children of Edwin and Yumiko Granada, a 30000 blessing. I am attending the 7 day Spirituality Workshop for Philippine Leaders.
While attending this workshop I also did 7 day fasting alongside it to prepare myself for my matching application. As I attend this workshop part of it is because I was recommended by our church pastor for Antipolo. I accepted it and attended here setting my heart to take this opportunity to grow and further learn about Heavenly Parent and True Parents. I was doubting myself if I will be able to keep up with the schedule but throughout the 4 days I am here I feel the strength being given to me through the lectures and the prayers. I feel that I am being given encouragement from Heavenly Parent and True Parents. The lectures throughout this workshop made me think to myself, “Ahh despite being a youth leader for a long time, I have yet to grasp how to resonate to Heavenly Parent and True Parents.” I admit that I am not consistent in my attendance with Cheonshim won, maybe that is why I have a lot of times being distracted and not being able to connect. I am always blocking the way for HP and TP to work with me and convey their message.
As I attend here and do the special prayer and hear the prayers of our brothers and sisters, I am feeling HP and TPs love. From then I am able to pray more with the conviction to really connect with HP and TPs. In my mission, I am standing as the Sunday School Department Head and as the Youth Leader for the Antipolo BC community. I felt so lacking that as I did my mission I am starting to feel tired to even care for younger BC and losing motivation to improve Sunday school. But when I listened to the lecture here, I realized I was lacking in my prayer, in communicating to Heavenly Parent. It rekindles my heart to connect with our community and I know that I am lacking but I know that as I pray for it and always working with Heavenly Parent and True Parents, surely I will be guided in my mission. I want to pray to Heavenly Parent and True Parents “Please watch over me and work with me, please work with our BCs so that they could rise up and attend to you, I pray that they could truly understand how much effort you are puting to raise them and to protect them from the attacks of Satan. That they may hear the voices of their elder brothers and sisters who are always calling them and who are always worried for them.” This is what has come to my heart every time I am praying. I always wanted to improve our relationship as brothers and sisters, that is why I am truly grateful for this workshop because it revived this heart of mine that has hidden away from the tiredness and burnout from overload of responsibility. Not only me but all the youth leaders in our area have this heart to care for our BCs.
Not all the youth leaders were able to attend here but I hope that me and some of the youth leaders were able to be their representative to really strengthen the connection to HP and to really raise up a community where our brothers and sisters really feel that we are family. Thank you so much for really letting me join here. I pray that my learning and realization throughout the workshop will just remain here. I am lacking as a leader and an elder sister but this helps me look at how I should approach my responsibility. From here I will set my heart to never forget to pray and build the connection to Heavenly Parent and True Parents as I go into my life both personally and in my mission, so that I will not lose my way and feel spiritually tired. Once again thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to give my testimony.

This Spirituality Workshop for Philippines Leaders is indeed very much needed by all Leaders working in the Frontline of God’s Providence. We become busy doing our responsibilities focusing only on results but we tend to forget that we are just instruments of heaven. We are so easily absorbed by “reality” that we forget the internal aspect of our work.
As full time missionaries, we should never lack sincere devotion, tearful prayers and daily communication with God, our Heavenly Parent. This Workshop brings us back to the feeling in the church during the early days. We always offer conditions and we always read True Parents speeches everyday. Sadly nowadays,we no longer do it because of our excuse that we are busy doing our mission.
Man is a spirit with a body, not a body with a spirit. Therefore, we have to give priority in taking care and nurturing our spirit self more than anything else. A healthy spirit results in more victory and results that cannot be claimed back by Satan.
Through this Workshop, I once again had proven that God is alive! He wants to take care of us. Heaven wants to nurture us. However, without setting a condition, God cannot just take care and protect us. That condition is,”unity with our leaders and offering devotion in CheonshimWon.” Without spiritual world support, we cannot build heaven in the individual level, family or national level. In the era of Cheon Il Guk, we can mobilize the spirit world by offering devotion in CheonshimWon. Therefore, we can reach individual perfection by offering devotion in CheonshimWon. This Workshop pulls us back in alignment with True Mother’s heart making it possible to resonate with her heart.
In this new era we can only be truly successful as a leader if we have the resolve to have ” Absolute faith, Absolute Love and Absolute Obedience to True Mother with life and death resolve on the foundation of Absolute sexual purity.” Become pure water that has nothing to do with the fall, hyo jeong to True Mother, and sincere devotion in CheonshimWon. Aju.
