The Youth and Students for Peace (YSP) Talk titled “Alt+Lead” was successfully conducted on November 17, 2025, during the NYX 2025 event at Quezon City University. The program aimed to inspire students and young professionals in the tech field to develop strong leadership skills, ethical values, and collaborative mindsets.

The event began with an opening program and a welcome message from the school representative, setting the tone for an engaging and interactive session. This was followed by an energizer dance, which helped participants relax and build camaraderie.

The main talk was delivered by Mr. Jun Young Teves, President of IAYSP Pilipinas, focusing on leadership and value ethics for tech professionals. He emphasized the importance of integrity, teamwork, and responsible decision-making in the technology sector. Participants actively engaged in interactive activities, including the Human Knot game to enhance teamwork and problem-solving skills, followed by group sharing and discussions, where students reflected on their learnings and experiences.

The program concluded with a closing segment, featuring remarks from the LESIT President, acknowledgment of participants and organizers, and a group photo to commemorate the event.

The YSP Talk “Alt+Lead” successfully combined learning, interaction, and fun, empowering students to embrace ethical leadership and collaborative skills in their academic and professional journeys.
