The YSP Career Talk was conducted on December 9, 2025, at Occidental Mindoro National High School. The activity aimed to guide students in developing a deeper understanding of themselves as they prepare for future academic and career paths, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness as a foundation for responsible decision-making.

The program featured a talk by Mr. Jun Young Teves, President of the International Association of Youth and Students for Peace (IAYSP) Pilipinas, who shared insights on the importance of self-awareness in career planning and personal development. He encouraged students to reflect on their strengths, interests, values, and goals, emphasizing that self-knowledge is essential in making informed and purposeful choices for the future.

Through practical examples and relatable experiences, the session helped students recognize the connection between mindset, attitude, and long-term success. The YSP Career Talk served as a meaningful opportunity to inspire students to take ownership of their personal growth and confidently prepare for their future careers.

The successful implementation of the activity was made possible through the support and leadership of Dr. Marivel V. Aguda, Principal IV of Occidental Mindoro National High School, whose approval enabled the conduct of the program. Sincere appreciation is also extended to Ms. Cecile Castor, Senior High School Guidance Coordinator, who diligently oversaw the activity and ensured its smooth and effective execution.
