The Cheonbo National Seonghwa Ceremony for Katsuko M. Ilano was held on March 17, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the FFWPU Metro Manila Church in Quezon City. The ceremony was attended by church leaders, family members, and the community, including Rev. John Rhodbert Gregorio, Rev. Ronnie Sodusta (online), Mrs. Dulce Buyayo, HTG missionaries, and the Ilano family.

The program included welcome greetings, opening prayer, reading of the biography, messages on the significance of the Seonghwa ceremony, offering of flowers, Seonghwa address, tribute video presentation, songs, testimonies, and a unison prayer, all offered with sincerity and respect to honor the life and legacy of Katsuko M. Ilano.
