The Pure Love Symposium at New Generation International School (NGIS) was successfully held on November 25, 2025, organized by the International Association of Youth and Students for Peace (IAYSP) Pilipinas and supported by HTG Korea Missionaries. The program aimed to promote purity, character development, and responsible youth leadership by uniting faculty members, student leaders, Pure Love advocates, and IAYSP representatives.

Part 1: Pure Love Congress (Morning Session)

The morning program, attended by selected student leaders, began with the Opening Message from Dr. Emmanuel Ramos, President of New Generation International School. He emphasized the importance of cultivating purity, values, and a strong sense of purpose among young people.

An interactive icebreaker led by the Master of Ceremonies energized the participants and set the tone for an engaging and heart-centered program. This was followed by a presentation titled “The YSP Peace Project: Vision of PLYG” by Jun Young Teves, President of IAYSP Pilipinas, who introduced the mission and direction of the Pure Love Youth Generation, empowering youth to become leaders of peace inspired by true love and service.

A group sharing activity allowed participants to reflect on the importance of purity and connect with one another.

The Keynote Address was delivered by Rev. Ronnie Sodusta, Chairman of IAYSP Pilipinas, speaking on the theme “Piliin ang Pangarap, Pure Love!” He encouraged the youth to pursue their dreams with integrity, self-discipline, and moral excellence.

A meaningful panel discussion followed, centered on the theme “The Importance of Purity in the School and Community.” Panel reactors included Mr. Hiroto Guingayan, President of the Philippine Blessed Children Department, and Ms. Shin Mae Daigdigan, Area 3 Youth Coordinator of FFWPU Philippines. They shared practical insights on how purity strengthens personal character, enhances school culture, and builds harmonious communities.

Afterward, the Introduction of PLYG Officers affirmed the new youth leaders who will help guide the Pure Love movement within the school. Selected SSG officers, class officers, and student leaders then participated in the Signing of the Manifesto of Support, publicly committing to uphold purity and promote good moral influence among their peers. A group photo marked the end of the morning session.

Part 2: Pure Love Symposium (Afternoon Session)

After lunch, the afternoon session opened with a performance by the NGIS Live Choir, followed by welcoming remarks from Dr. Emmanuel Ramos. The NGIS Dance Troupe offered an intermission performance before Rev. Ronnie Sodusta delivered a special message encouraging the students to embrace Pure Love principles in their daily lives.

The Main Message was presented by Jun Young Teves, who discussed the Pure Love Advocacy, the importance of youth education, and the meaning of the Pure Love Pledge.

This was followed by Testimonies from Pure Love Advocates, including Mr. Richiepaul Mantalaba, NGIS faculty member; Ms. Kumhyeon Josol, alumna and NGIS faculty; Ms. Young Hwa Kim, HTG Korea Missionary; and Mr. Jun Do Teves, Working Youth. They shared heartfelt stories about living a lifestyle of purity and maintaining strong moral values in relationships, decision-making, and daily conduct.

A creative banner-making activity engaged all participants in visually expressing their commitment to Pure Love. This was followed by the Induction of PLYG Officers and Advisor, led by Guidance Advocate Ms. Julie Ann Libante, who also delivered the Closing Message, encouraging the students to uphold purity and integrity in all aspects of their lives.

The symposium concluded with group photos, final announcements, and participant feedback, closing the day with a spirit of unity, inspiration, and renewed commitment to the Pure Love movement.
