The 1-Year Tong-Il Moo Do Clinic for Teens was officially launched on November 23, 2025, marking the start of an exciting journey for young martial arts enthusiasts. This program introduces teens to the core principles of Tong-Il Moo Do, a martial arts discipline that fosters unity, harmony, discipline, and personal growth.

The event kicked off with welcoming remarks from Mr. Jun Young Teves, FGD Director, who shared the vision of the clinic: to help teens build confidence, respect, focus, physical coordination, and emotional discipline through consistent training and practice.

Master Kenneth Momo, TIMD Instructor, then led an engaging introductory session, giving participants an overview of the origins and key principles of Tong-Il Moo Do. Teens were immediately active in the training session, learning proper stretching techniques, basic stances, and simple defensive movements, all designed to develop both physical fitness and mental resilience.

The launch also offered a chance for teens to interact with instructors, ask questions, and understand how Tong-Il Moo Do goes beyond martial arts training to shape character, leadership, and teamwork skills.

The program concluded with the official registration of participants, followed by a group photo to commemorate the beginning of this year-long journey. The 1-Year Tong-Il Moo Do Clinic for Teens sets the stage for a meaningful and transformative experience, guiding young practitioners toward discipline, harmony, and personal excellence.
