On February 22, 2026, the Future Generation Department (FGD) spent time with the Working Youth Community in Manila at the Working Youth Center for a simple pastoral visit and consultation. It was a warm and meaningful gathering of young professionals and members—a chance to reconnect, talk honestly about how things are going in the province, and reflect on where the professional group is heading.

The program began with prayer, setting a sincere and hopeful tone for the afternoon. Mr. Jun Young Teves, Director of the Future Generation Department, then shared a message from the heart. He spoke about how important young people are in building a strong future for the Philippine province. He reminded everyone that beyond skills and careers, what truly matters is personal leadership, integrity, and faith. These values, he said, are what will help them stay grounded and steady even in the middle of the pressures and challenges of professional life.

Mr. Errol Delmonte, Program Head of FGD and a former Working Youth leader himself, followed with the main message. Speaking from experience, he encouraged the group to grow stronger together—not just by attending activities, but by taking shared responsibility for the community. He challenged everyone to continue improving themselves while also giving back, supporting one another, and helping move the mission forward. His message was simple but clear: the Working Youth Community can only grow if each member chooses to be actively involved.

A special part of the gathering was the post-celebration of True Parents’ Birthday. It was a time of gratitude, reflection, and joyful fellowship. Members were able to pause, appreciate the guidance they have received, and reconnect spiritually with one another. The celebration also included recognizing the wedding anniversary of the current Working Youth program leader and the recent birthdays of members. These moments of appreciation added warmth and joy, reminding everyone that the community is not just a program, but a family.

The afternoon ended on a hopeful note. Conversations were open, laughter was shared, and there was a renewed sense of unity. Those who attended left with a deeper sense of purpose and a stronger desire to grow together and support the mission of the Working Youth Community.
