As part of the year-round commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Unification Church’s founding in the Philippines, a special Blessed Family Night of Metro Manila Family Church online fellowship was held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, bringing together Blessed families and members of the Metro Manila Family Church via Zoom. The evening was a heartfelt and historic gathering that bridged generations and honored the legacy of those who helped pioneer the church’s mission in the country.

The event featured Rev. Ronald and Friederike Buczyk, former missionaries to the Philippines, who graciously shared their testimonies and reflections from their time serving in the country during the church’s early years. Their heartfelt stories touched deeply the hearts of all attendees, especially the elder members who were reminded of the challenges, sacrifices, and victories that marked the beginning of the church’s foundation in the Philippines.

Their recollections brought to life the spirit of the early mission, one marked by unwavering faith, dedication, and an unshakable belief in God’s providence for the nation. They emphasized the importance of passing on this legacy to the current and future generations, calling on Blessed families to continue upholding the original vision and mission of the church.

The fellowship concluded with a strong sense of renewed commitment and unity among participants. Many shared their reflections and gratitude in the open forum, expressing how the testimonies reawakened their sense of purpose and responsibility as part of the larger providential history.

This Blessed Family Night served not only as a celebration of the past but also as an invitation for all families to actively carry forward the torch of faith and service, ensuring that the next 50 years will be marked by even greater victories for the sake of Heaven’s work in the Philippines.
