The ABCD Head and HTG Japan Meeting, entitled “Takoyaki Gathering,” was held as a heartisitc and working meeting among BC leaders to strengthen unity, communication, and practical skills in witnessing and education. The activity gathered a total of eight participants, composed of six (6) ABCD Heads and two (2) representatives from HTG Japan. The meeting took place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, beginning at 1:30 PM, allowing participants to freely share while building deeper connections.

The gathering began with a Shim Jeong Sharing, where participants openly expressed their hearts, experiences, and current challenges in their responsibilities. This created a safe and sincere environment, helping everyone align their hearts and intentions. Through this sharing, participants were able to understand one another more deeply and strengthen mutual trust as leaders working toward the same purpose.

Afterward, the group discussed the Sharing Schedule, focusing on organizing upcoming activities and ensuring clearer coordination between ABCD Heads and HTG Japan. Roles, timelines, and expectations were clarified to support smoother communication and more effective collaboration in future programs.

The meeting continued with a Discussion on Witnessing, particularly emphasizing the Practicing Approach. Participants exchanged insights, experiences, and practical methods on how to witness more naturally and sincerely, especially in daily life and educational settings. This discussion helped refine approaches that are both heart-centered and adaptable to different situations.

Following the discussion, a Practicing Lecture was conducted to reinforce the key points shared earlier. This session provided concrete guidance and encouragement on applying the discussed witnessing methods in real-life situations. Participants were able to reflect on their own practices and gain confidence in improving their approach.

Throughout the meeting, participants shared takoyaki together. The casual setting helped create a warm atmosphere where ideas flowed freely, and relationships were strengthened beyond formal discussion.

In conclusion, the Takoyaki Gathering was meaningful not only as a meeting but also as a time of heartistic connection and growth. It reinforced the importance of unity, open sharing, and practical preparation in fulfilling responsibilities as ABCD Heads and HTG Japan members. Moving forward, participants expressed hope to continue strengthening cooperation and to actively apply what was learned through more consistent practice and future gatherings.
