The 6th and 7th Batch of the 2-Day Pure Water Workshop was successfully conducted with the participation of eight (8) Antipolo youth participants, three (3) second-generation together with Rev. Froilan as the lecturers, and ten (10) dedicated staff members, with the collaborative support of HTG Japan, Antipolo Blessed Children, and Antipolo Blessed Families. The two-day workshop was held from January 24 to 25 at Antipolo Family Church and aimed to guide the youth in understanding God’s original ideal of creation, the root cause of human problems, and the importance of living a pure, responsible, and principled life by taking action centered on their Original Mind and living for the sake of others. This objective was aligned with the workshop theme, “Let us find joy in practicing our Original Mind.”

The program consisted of value-based lectures, interactive icebreakers, team-building activities, worship service known as the Hope Youth Service, fundraising activities, community volunteer service, and guided reflection sessions, all designed to help participants internalize and practice the principles they learned throughout the workshop. During the Hope Youth Service, one of the Heavenly Top Gun missionaries from Japan, Bro. Kentaro Yahagi, delivered a meaningful Sunday message about the power of following one’s conscience. During this service, the participants, together with some junior high second-generation members, engaged in activities that emphasized listening to and acting according to their Original Mind. After the worship service, the participants conducted a fundraising activity by selling takoyaki following the Sunday Service. In the afternoon, they took part in a community volunteer service, where they experienced the joy of cleaning and beautifying the Antipolo Family Church together.

Through lectures on creation, the human fall, restoration, and the life course of Jesus and True Parents, combined with hands-on experiences such as service work and personal reflection, the participants were able to deepen their faith, strengthen unity among one another, and apply spiritual values in real-life situations. During the closing ceremony, the eight participants were formally congratulated, and one sister shared her overall reflection, mentioning that this was already her third time attending the workshop. She expressed her sincere gratitude to the person who invited her, Mrs. Shiela Maglangit, who continuously encouraged her to study the Divine Principle once more. She also shared that she was able to make new friends and was deeply inspired by the life course of the True Parents, realizing the greatness of their hearts and their wholehearted devotion to God.

Another reflection was shared by one of the brothers, who expressed his happiness in choosing to join the workshop. He shared that he was deeply moved by the life of True Father, who overcame numerous hardships and lived a life of loving others more than himself. To formally conclude the program, Rev. Froilan, the Area 3 Director of FFWPU–Philippines, delivered a clear and encouraging closing and congratulatory message. He emphasized the importance of nurturing one’s spirit self, which grows through heartfelt actions and by consistently listening to and acting upon the Original Mind. He further shared that doing good deeds brings joy to the spirit and helps it mature.

Overall, the workshop provided a meaningful and transformative experience that enhanced the participants’ sense of purpose, responsibility, and commitment to live a God-centered and principled life, with the hope that they will continue to embody these values within their families, schools, and wider communities.
