On Saturday, October 18, 2025, potential first-generation Blessing and matching candidates from different churches in the Philippines attended a Zoom seminar. The seminar focused on deepening their understanding of the Blessing and preparing them for the matching process, with the goal of achieving a lasting, lifetime blessing.

The program was attended by the BFD coordinator and matching supporters, and featured lectures from key leaders. Mrs. Dulce Buyayo, Asia Pacific BFD Director, emphasized the value and significance of the Blessing as the first step toward embracing the future and inspired participants to join the restoration process, fulfilling God’s dream. Rev. John Gregorio, FFWPU Secretary General of the Philippine Region, provided an insightful and practical understanding of the Blessing, guiding participants on how to prepare themselves to be the right person before seeking a partner.

Mrs. Cathy then oriented the participants on the matching and Blessing guidelines, outlining the steps involved in preparing to receive the Blessing. This information also helped BFD coordinators and matching supporters guide their participants effectively on their journey.

The seminar provided participants with a deeper understanding of the Blessing’s significance and the importance of self-preparation, emphasizing good character, a filial heart, and practicing goodness daily. Through interaction and reflection, participants shared their views on the process and their inspiration from the Blessing. Mr. Jason Teves, a participant, shared that he was initially unsure about the matching process but, after being inspired by happy FilJap families, felt drawn to the idea. He now realizes the importance of fully committing with a pure heart, understanding the challenges faced by blessed families, and striving to be his best self to earn a blessing. Ultimately, trusting in the guidance of leaders and elders, he hopes to be blessed while True Mother is still alive and is ready to see where fate leads him.

The seminar concluded with Mrs. Dulce’s guidance, instilling in participants a renewed sense of determination and a deeper understanding of the Blessing. She emphasized that it’s not just about external preparation, but about truly understanding the value of the Blessing and being ready to embark on a new stage of life, building a relationship centered on Heavenly Parents and True Parents.
