The 1st Think Tank General Assembly of the FFWPU–Antipolo Family Church was held to gather feedback on the regular Think Tank meetings and to present the 2025 Summary Report. The assembly was attended by elders, Blessed Families, and youth representatives, led by Rev. Froilan L. Matbagan Jr., Area 3 Director – FFWPU Philippines.

During the meeting, Rev. Froilan presented the ministry’s major programs and directions for the coming year. These included the recognition of CSW as an official attendance for Night Service, the strengthening of Sunday Services, Pastoral Care, and Hope Youth Service, as well as the continued implementation of One Family Dinner, One Family Sports, and One Family Dream. Monthly 2-Day Pure Water workshops, the yearly 5-Day Peacemaker workshop to support the continues education for the HTM tribes of our CheonBo victors and challengers, and also the 21-day national seminar for future full-time workers were also emphasized. A suggestion was raised to shorten the duration of the regular orientation for better engagement.

Membership status was reported, showing a slight increase in general membership but concerns regarding Sunday Service attendance, as only about half of the members regularly attend. It was also noted that less than half of the members consistently offer tithes. Despite this, the finance report showed an increase in total revenue due to strong support for workshops, and Antipolo ranked Top 6 in overall tithing.

Staffing updates in AFC were also shared, including plans to add a Facility and Maintenance Staff to avoid overlapping of responsibilities. Open discussions highlighted the need for better communication with all Blessed Families, regular scheduling of Think Tank meetings twice a month, and the use of special invitations for important announcements.

The assembly concluded with agreements to conduct Think Tank meetings twice a month, with the next meeting scheduled on February 1. Agendas will be shared in advance to allow members to prepare suggestions and help in the effective implementation of plans.
