Mr. Timothy Sisserson, the UPF Palau Director, was invited by AP Johnson Toribiong to attend his Talk at the Palau Community College. This was a partnership of former President Johnson Toribiong and the Community College to inspire students to begin to gain knowledge of the law and to be able to work with the court system.
