The meeting between IAYSP USA and FFWPU – Nepal was organized to discuss future cooperation and strategic planning for peace-related youth initiatives in Nepal. The primary focus of the meeting was the introduction and implementation of the Peace Designers Project in Nepal, in collaboration with FFWPU Nepal and CARP Nepal. The meeting was conducted online via Zoom and was attended by six representatives from IAYSP USA and FFWPU Nepal. The session began with greetings and brief introductions, followed by an overview of IAYSP USA’s vision and activities related to youth-led peacebuilding. Key discussion points included the Introduction of the Peace Designers Project by IAYSP USA representatives, Potential collaboration framework between IAYSP USA, FFWPU Nepal, and CARP Nepal, Discussion on organizing a Peace Designers Seminar in Nepal and Initial planning regarding target participants, program structure, and logistical coordination.
