The Faith in Work Life Forum was successfully held on 22 November at our HQ, bringing together 30 guests, staff, panelist and leaders, making a total of 50 participants. The evening began with a delicious buffet dinner that created a warm and relaxed atmosphere. As we like to say, food is love—and it certainly set a good tone for the evening.

The highlight of the night was the insightful panel sharing session moderated by Bro Simon Teo. The panelists—Bro Aeron, Sis Suzanne, and Bro Wei Qian—represented the professional, women, and youth perspectives. Their sharing was practical and deep, and they spoke with a strong foundation of faith. They also embodied a parental heart and the spirit of a servant. Their sincere reflections touched on real workplace situations, offering wisdom on balancing responsibilities, maintaining integrity, and living out faith in daily work.

The interactive Q&A session added even more value to the forum. Participants felt comfortable asking questions, both by raising their hands and through the online platform-Slido. Many sought guidance for challenges in their work environments. The panel responded with thoughtful advice on career planning, building resilience, and keeping a steady, faith-centered approach to work. Attendees shared that the discussion was relatable, relevant, and immediately applicable.

The forum concluded with a positive and uplifting atmosphere. Participants left feeling inspired, motivated, and encouraged in their efforts to integrate faith into their career journeys. Many expressed that they are already looking forward to the next activity, as this forum truly proved to be a meaningful and impactful platform for working young adults.
