The FFWPU Philippine Region: Leaders’ Strategic Meeting with the theme: Gather, Share and Lead: Strengthening FFWPU for Generations to Come which was convened last June 6-9, 2025, at FFWPU Philippine HQ and via Zoom, gathering key Department Directors, Area Directors and Regional Leaders of FFWPU Philippines. The meeting served as a critical checkpoint and launching ground for unified action toward the national goal of securing 1,000 regular members to participate in the Cheon Won Gung pilgrimage to Korea by 2027—a milestone and the nation’s humble offering for True Mother, our Holy Mother Han.

On the first day of the Leaders’ Strategic Meeting, Rev. Masaichi Hori delivered a profound and timely message to all participating leaders. He began by reflecting on the resurrection of Jesus Christ—a miraculous moment that defied expectations—and drew a compelling parallel to the remarkable rise of the Unification Movement under the leadership of True Mother, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon. In particular, he highlighted the first seven years following True Father’s passing, a period marked by intense isolation and opposition, yet one that witnessed unexpected growth and victories through her unwavering faith and determination.

Rev. Hori then called upon the leaders to embrace a critical transformation in perspective: moving beyond the limited framework of a “Unification Church” mindset to fully embody the vision of the Family Federation. He stressed that the providence now requires us to go even further—toward establishing a new standard of faith that transcends the conventional struggle between good and evil. Instead, we are to live as true sons and daughters of Heaven, under the direct dominion of our Heavenly Parent and True Parents, embodying a culture of absolute love, unity, and heavenly citizenship.

The Day 2 session opened with an inspiring message from Rev. Ronnie Sodusta, Regional Director and National Leader of FFWPU Philippines, who shared deep insights on the meaning and direction of the Philippines being elevated to regional status. He emphasized that this providential milestone comes with greater responsibility and a call for unity. Rev. Sodusta underscored the vital role of each leader’s input and commitment in achieving the national goal aligned with Vision 2027, as well as in ensuring the long-term stability and growth of FFWPU Philippines as a church. He called for a renewed focus on strengthening regular membership—not merely as an administrative target, but as a sincere offering to Heaven. This collective achievement will serve as a testament to True Mother that the Philippines, as a daughter nation, is ready to stand firmly by Her side and support Her in the ongoing providential mission.

Throughout the meeting, department and regional leaders engaged in dynamic planning sessions. Key focus areas included strengthening witnessing strategies, improving member care and retention, revitalizing youth engagement, and empowering Blessed families to be active evangelists. Clear targets were set, and support systems were discussed—including leadership training, education materials, digital outreach tools, and coordinated national campaigns.

The meeting concluded where leaders offered sincere prayers and personal commitments to lead with vision, faith, and love. As a powerful expression of collective resolve, the song “Resurrect the Philippines” was sung together-sealing the moment with renewed determination to fulfill the providential calling of the nation. It was a stirring reminder that through unity and unwavering effort, the Philippines can truly rise to become a beacon of hope and filial devotion to True Mother.

Together, united with the heart of our beloved Holy Mother Han, we can support advancing the providence offering 1,000 regular members by 2027 for the victory of Heavenly Parent and True Parents in the Philippines.
