Following Sunday’s worship service, the Blessed Family Department (BFD) held a Meet and Greet for 1st generation matching candidates. This important event focused on guiding, encouraging, and providing support to our brothers and sisters as they prepare for the Blessing, offering valuable insights and a sense of togetherness.

Mrs. Dulce and Mrs. Catherine, serving as cherished mentors and spiritual guides, honored the program with their presence. They warmly engaged with the candidates, thoughtfully listening to and understanding their heartfelt motivations for seeking the Blessing.  Mrs. Dulce lovingly reminded the attendees of the Five Key Principles in preparation of receiving the blessing and cultivating a healthy spiritual life: prayerfulness, spirituality, relationships, substantial growth, and sincerity. With genuine care, the mentors emphasized that preparing for the Blessing involves not only external preparations but, even more profoundly, internal growth—cultivating a healthy spiritual life, unwavering faith, and a willing heart to embrace God’s divine plan.

During the discussion, Mrs. Catherine Gregorio encouraged the participants to openly share their thoughts, particularly regarding their perspectives on receiving the Blessing in the coming year. Four dedicated individuals reaffirmed their commitment to receive the Blessing by 2026. The presence of the BFD Director from the Philippines and Asia Pacific provided reassurance and insightful guidance, helping the candidates to understand the Blessing as a sacred covenant rather than merely a personal decision.

This gathering not only provided participants with invaluable guidance but also fostered a profound sense of community, assuring them that they are supported and united in their journey toward the Blessing. The Meet and Greet successfully created a nurturing environment for first-generation candidates to reflect, receive guidance, and deepen their spiritual preparation for the Blessing. It served as a powerful reminder that the path to eternal marriage is a journey of unwavering faith, heartfelt devotion, and continuous alignment with Heavenly Parent’s divine providence.
