On September 6–7, 2025, High Noon Philippines in partnership with IAYSP Isabela Region 2 conducted a two-day workshop at the Church Center in Isabela with the theme “Empowering Pure Water.” The program was facilitated by Ravie and Jenna Malaza, together with the support of Rev. Rene Lansangan, Regional Director of Isabela and Area Director 2, and Mrs. Lorna Lansangan, Head of Blessed Family Department of Area 2. Nineteen participants, composed of high school and college students from Isabela and nearby regions, attended the training. Parents also showed interest, with some reaching out to inquire about future programs for their children.
The workshop officially began with a welcoming address from Rev. Rene Lansangan, followed by a series of lectures presented by Ravie Malaza. The sessions covered key topics such as Ownership, Purity, Escapism, Nature of Addiction, and Leadership. Each lecture was paired with a buddy practice session where participants taught the concepts to one another, deepening their understanding and strengthening their confidence to share these lessons in the future. The methodology emphasized interaction and accountability, moving beyond lectures into practice, reflection, and peer learning. Additional activities, including an icebreaker game and a video presentation on hypersexualized culture, provided balance and reinforced the learning objectives.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in honest self-analysis, acknowledging their limitations and identifying ways to overcome them. The sharing and reflection circles allowed the group to express their personal struggles and aspirations in a safe environment, fostering openness and accountability. The program concluded on September 7 with the awarding of certificates, a call-to-action encouraging the participants to commit to a lifestyle of purity, and the Sunday Service led by Rev. Rene Lansangan, followed by Ravie Malaza also introduced High Noon’s mission and programs.
The results of the workshop were significant. A total of 10 participants signed up for upcoming High Noon programs, specifically Core and Ascend, and several parents expressed interest in involving their children further. Feedback showed that the practice teaching and accountability emphasis were highly appreciated, though some participants noted that certain topics felt repetitive, suggesting the need for fresher approaches in future sessions. Despite this, many expressed determination to continue a lifestyle of purity and to strengthen their journey through accountability partnerships.
Moving forward, High Noon Philippines aims to build on this momentum by following up with the new sign-ups, engaging with parents to provide guidance and support, and developing local accountability groups in Isabela. Plans are also in place to strengthen facilitator training with individuals. Ensuring a wider reach and greater leadership capacity in future workshops.
