The Seonghwa Ceremony Workshop was successfully held last 10 August, 2025, at the Peace Embassy, Malaysia HQ, with the theme, ” Let Us Inherit Heavenly Blessing Through Seonghwa Ceremony “.

An overall total of 127 participants (Onsite : 51 & Online: 76) from Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Brazil, Australia, South Korea, Hongkong, and the Philippines participated, both on-site and online.

This workshop aimed to educate the Blessed Families regarding the meaning and the value of the Seonghwa Ceremony from the viewpoint of True Parents; the details of each Seonghwa Ceremony; and the internal and practical preparations needed before, on, and after the ceremony.

We were honored to receive a wonderful opening remark from Rev. Simon Pang where he emphasized the importance of building a community centering on Heavenly culture – the culture of heart and love; and for the Blessed Families to be the best students in the school of love.

Inspiring lectures were given by Rev. Lai Peng Keong (Outline of the Four Phases of the Seonghwa Ceremony), Rev. Lam Cheng Hai (True Parents’ Words on Seonghwa Ceremony, and Seonghwa Ceremony Practical Preparation), and Mrs. Yeoh Koay Phing (Financial and Legal Affairs), while heartfelt  testimonies were given by Mrs. Chan Seok Ping , and Mrs. Yumiko Kosaka .

Many were grateful to have attended to this kind of workshop, had deep understanding of death, found it very informative and interesting, helped them to realize what to start preparing for the Seonghwa Ceremony, and wished to have another workshop in the future.
