On July 4, 2025, we were honored to host the 19th International Filial Piety Award Ceremony, a truly inspiring event that celebrated the dedication and achievements of over 200 students. These students were recognized for their exceptional essays on the important value of filial piety..
In addition to acknowledging the students, the ceremony also honored the schools and teachers who have supported the event over the years. Their dedication to instilling the values of filial piety in the next generation has been instrumental in promoting respect and understanding within the community.
A particularly moving moment came when two award-winning students shared their personal stories of filial piety. These heartfelt testimonies illustrated how honoring one’s elders has shaped their character and lives. The stories underscored the unbreakable bond created by love and respect within families.
As part of our ongoing mission, we also sought to share and testify to Hong Kong society the deep heart of Hyo Jeung, the principle of filial piety as taught by our movement. By embodying these teachings, we strive to inspire others in the community to adopt these values and further cultivate a spirit of gratitude and respect in their relationships.
