On August 29, members in New Zealand participated in the 2026 Great Works commemorating the 14th Anniversary of True Father’s Holy Ascension. Despite being three hours ahead of Korea, 30 members gathered both onsite and online at 12:30 a.m. to attend the CheonShimWon Special Vigil, followed by the commemorative event honoring True Father’s Cosmic Ascension.

The afternoon continued with the Ancestor and Collateral Liberation Ceremony at 4:00 p.m. After a one-hour meal break, the Blessing Ceremony was held at 7:20 p.m., with eight members participating. These sacred ceremonies provided members with an opportunity to offer sincere devotion and participate in the liberation and blessing of their ancestors.

The experience became especially personal for one sister, who felt the presence of her father, who had passed away, very closely during the liberation ceremony and received what she understood as his message of affirmation. Her experience added a deeply moving dimension to the day. Through the Great Works, the New Zealand community joined members around the world in honoring True Father while offering sincere devotion for the liberation and blessing of their ancestors and collateral relatives.
