On June 28, 2026, FFWPU Region 2 participated in the Asia Pacific Matching Supporters (MS) Training using a hybrid format: Ten attendees joined in person or at the Cauayan Center, while one joined remotely, for a total of 11 participants. The group included the Head Pastor, several senior pastors, provincial and center leaders; five were new MS trainees, and six were incumbent MS. During breakout sessions, participants discussed coordinated strategies for preparing potential members for Matching at the church level before referral to the Blessing and Family Department (BFD). Some Pastors have recognized the importance that matching candidates must meet baseline requirements—completion of the 7-day DP Seminar, regular membership status, and some internal conditions—before proceeding. Participants also reflected on the BFD’s serious, mission-driven work and agreed that sustained collaboration between pastors and MS is essential to shape the community in accordance with the expectations of our True Parents.
