As part of the ongoing witnessing and educational initiatives within the Municipality of Dalaguete, Cebu, a Tong IL Moo Do (TIMD) Promotional Test was conducted on May 26, 2026, in Barangay Caleriohan. The activity gathered ten young practitioners and served as an avenue for character development, discipline training, and faith-based education for children and youth aged 8 to 17.

This initiative forms part of the Heavenly Tribal Messiah (HTM) activities in Dalaguete, carried out under the continued guidance and support of Pastor Pedro Dibdib. The program reflects the long-term strategy of witnessing through Tong IL Moo Do by nurturing young people not only in martial arts skills but also in values such as responsibility, respect, perseverance, and living for the sake of others, while gradually introducing them to the teachings of Heavenly Parent, True Parents, and the Divine Principle.

Among the participants was a 16-year-old green belt practitioner who is a registered member of the FFWPU community. She previously attended a 4-Day Divine Principle Seminar in Dauin, Negros Oriental, in January 2026 and continues to participate in Sunday Family Services online. Her ongoing involvement reflects the effectiveness of integrating spiritual education with structured character development programs.

The promotional test was organized and facilitated by Sabhumnim Jose Briva, a native of Dalaguete and a dedicated Tong IL Moo Do instructor. He continues to work closely with local leaders in developing and strengthening martial arts training programs for youth in the municipality. The activity was also supported by three Barangay Councilors and the Barangay Secretary, whose presence highlights the growing collaboration between community leaders and youth development initiatives.

Master Theresa Renes Fujita served as the Promotional Officer and delivered an inspirational message encouraging participants to continue developing discipline, perseverance, and a heart of service. The promotional test allowed participants to demonstrate not only their technical skills but also the values they have been developing through consistent training.

Dalaguete remains an important HTM area, with many blessed families residing in the municipality, particularly in the barangays of Tabon and Caleriohan. Through sustained witnessing and educational efforts, local members continue to build familiarity with the mission of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) and the Blessing movement. According to Pastor Pedro Dibdib, many families in the area have been connected to these activities since the late 1990s, and several international blessed families trace their roots to the municipality.

The core message of this activity emphasizes that witnessing can be effectively carried out through holistic education programs that develop both character and faith. Tong IL Moo Do continues to serve as a meaningful platform for youth development, helping young people grow in discipline, responsibility, and spiritual awareness while preparing them to become positive contributors to their families, communities, and society.

This successful promotional test highlights the ongoing collaboration between church leadership, HTM families, Tong IL Moo Do instructors, and local stakeholders in strengthening youth formation. It also reflects the continuing efforts of Pastor Pedro Dibdib and local partners to guide young people toward a deeper understanding of Heavenly Parent and True Parents through practical and values-based education.
