With hearts united in love, peace, and joy, the 5-Day Inhouse Tong-il Moo Do (TIMD) Training and Universal Principle Seminar was successfully conducted from April 21 to 25, 2026, in Brgy. Hilusig, Mahaplag, Leyte. The activity was organized by the Luz Laniba Park Tribe in collaboration with HSA-UWC Heavenly Parent Holy Community Eastern Visayas and Tong-il Moo Do Eastern Visayas, gathering seven young participants for an intensive in-house training experience.

The five-day program was carefully designed to provide a holistic formation that integrates physical discipline and spiritual nourishment. Each morning began with prayer and reflection, followed by structured Tong-il Moo Do training sessions. Participants were guided through fundamental techniques, stances, forms, conditioning exercises, and practical drills under the supervision of trained instructors. The rigorous sessions cultivated endurance, focus, respect, and self-control, strengthening not only their bodies but also their perseverance and determination.

In the afternoon and evening sessions, the Universal Principle Seminar was conducted in a reflective and engaging atmosphere. Through systematic lectures, interactive discussions, and personal sharing, the participants deepened their understanding of life’s purpose, human responsibility, and the importance of living according to principled values. The seminar encouraged self-examination and inspired the youth to align their goals with a life centered on love, service, and leadership.

The purpose of this in-house training was to raise young leaders who embody both physical strength and spiritual depth. It aimed to equip participants with foundational knowledge and techniques in Tong-il Moo Do while nurturing their faith and character through the Universal Principle. Furthermore, the activity sought to strengthen unity and fellowship among Blessed Families and participants, creating an environment of teamwork, encouragement, and heartfelt connection.

Throughout the five meaningful days, moments of challenge became opportunities for growth. Fatigue and difficulty were met with mutual support and motivation. The training ground became more than a venue for practice; it became a space where friendships were strengthened, confidence was built, and unity was deeply experienced. Each evening concluded with reflection and sharing, allowing participants to internalize the lessons learned and prepare themselves for the following day.

The core message consistently emphasized during the training was that true strength is achieved through harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Participants were reminded that discipline without heart is incomplete, and faith without action lacks impact. By cultivating both physical excellence and principled character, they can become individuals who positively influence their families, communities, and society.

As a result of the seminar, participants demonstrated noticeable improvement in physical endurance, discipline, and self-confidence. Many expressed spiritual awakening and a renewed commitment to live with purpose and integrity. Strong bonds rooted in respect, teamwork, and love were formed among the youth. Several participants shared that the experience transformed their mindset, strengthened their faith, and inspired them to continue growing both physically and spiritually.

The 5-Day Inhouse Tong-il Moo Do Training and Universal Principle Seminar was more than a scheduled activity; it was a transformative journey of unity and growth. It served as a powerful reminder that genuine strength arises from a disciplined body, a principled mind, and a loving heart. With gratitude and joyful anticipation, the participants and organizers look forward to sustaining this spirit and continuing the path of development and service in the days to come.
