A meeting was conducted to discuss updates on membership and upcoming activities for the months of April to May. The discussion began with a review of the current membership status, focusing on monitoring active, inactive, and non-member participants, as well as their level of involvement in ongoing activities.

For the witnessing activities, it was proposed that Blessed Families may extend support through donations for the production of flyers. A minimum contribution of ₱5 per flyer was suggested to help sustain this initiative and strengthen outreach efforts.

Additionally, a proposal was raised to conduct a Youth Workshop (WS) either in May or June. It was emphasized that other Blessed Family tribes should also be encouraged to allow their youth members to participate, promoting wider engagement and spiritual growth among the youth.

It was also noted that while there has been an increase in tithes, there are currently limited activities being prepared. The group recognized the importance of aligning financial contributions with meaningful and consistent programs to better serve the community.

Regarding Sunday Service, the implementation of an automatic Zoom link sharing system was suggested to ensure easier access and consistent attendance among members.

Lastly, the “One Family Cleaning Drive” was confirmed to push through. Participants will be encouraged to bring their own cleaning materials to support the activity. An announcement regarding this initiative is set to be posted in the Rizal group chat within the day to ensure proper dissemination of information.
