The 7-Day Future Generation Department Working Youth Leadership & Faith Enhancement Workshop was conducted from March 3 to 9, 2026 in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend onsite at the National Youth Witnessing Center or join online through Zoom. The workshop gathered members of the working youth community with the goal of strengthening their faith, deepening their understanding of the teachings, and developing leadership qualities while balancing their professional responsibilities and spiritual life. Throughout the workshop, participants received important lectures and engaged in meaningful activities that helped them reflect on their faith and mission. In addition, they practiced daily spiritual discipline through morning Hoon Dok Hae, reflection writing at the end of each day, and participation in the Cheonshimwon Special Night Vigil during weekday evenings.

Day 1 – Orientation and Introduction to Divine Principle.

The workshop officially began on the afternoon of March 3 with an orientation that introduced the overall purpose, structure, and expectations of the program. Participants were welcomed and encouraged to approach the training with openness, sincerity, and a desire to grow both spiritually and personally. The first lecture, Divine Principle 101, provided an overview of the central teachings of the Divine Principle, including the purpose of creation, the human fall, and the process of restoration. This introductory session helped participants build a foundational understanding of the principles that guide the movement’s faith and worldview. The program then continued with the lecture Application of Divine Principle, which emphasized how these teachings can be applied in practical situations in everyday life. Special attention was given to the challenges faced by working youth and how they can maintain spiritual growth while fulfilling responsibilities in their workplaces and communities.

Day 2 – Essence of Christianity and Pure Love Advocacy Preparation.

The second day began with the lecture Essence of Christianity, delivered in two parts and attended by both onsite and online participants. The session explored the central teachings and historical development of Christianity and its relationship with God’s providence. Participants learned how Christian teachings connect with the broader understanding of God’s plan and the role of True Parents in providential history. The lecture encouraged participants to see Christianity not only as a historical tradition but also as an important foundation for understanding God’s work in the present era. In the afternoon session, online participants watched the video lecture The Value of True Parents in Heaven’s Providence, which explained the significance of True Parents and their role in fulfilling God’s providence. Meanwhile, onsite participants attended a session introducing the Pure Love Advocacy, which focuses on promoting moral values, responsible relationships, and character development among youth. Following this introduction, participants conducted a research activity to prepare for their upcoming public speaking outreach. They discussed current social issues affecting young people and worked together to develop messages that encourage purity, respect, and responsible decision-making.

Day 3 – Understanding Providential History and Advocacy Material Preparation.

On the third day, participants attended the lecture Providential History, which was also delivered in two parts. This lecture explained the historical course of God’s providence from the biblical era to the present time, highlighting the roles of central figures and important moments that contributed to the progress of restoration. Through this session, participants gained a broader perspective on how God has continuously worked through history to guide humanity toward restoration and peace. In the afternoon, online participants continued watching the video lecture The Value of True Parents in Heaven’s Providence, deepening their understanding of True Parents’ role in the fulfillment of God’s plan. Meanwhile, onsite participants engaged in banner and poster-making activities that supported their upcoming public speaking outreach. They created visual materials that communicated messages related to Pure Love, character development, and positive youth values to help strengthen their presentations.

Day 4 – Unification Church History and Public Speaking Outreach.

The fourth day featured a lecture on the history and mission of the Unification Church, which provided participants with a deeper understanding of the movement’s development and global mission. The lecture covered key milestones in the church’s growth and highlighted the responsibility of the future generation in continuing the work of building peace and strong families. In the afternoon session, online participants watched the lecture Epic History of the Chosen Han People of Korea, which explored the historical and spiritual background of Korea in relation to God’s providence. At the same time, onsite participants went out to conduct their public speaking outreach, delivering their prepared Pure Love presentations and sharing positive messages about character development and responsible relationships with people outside the center.

Day 5 – Fundraising and Cultural Engagement.

On the fifth day, participants engaged in fundraising activities in the morning. This experience helped participants develop perseverance, teamwork, and the spirit of offering while supporting the mission and activities of the church. Through this activity, they learned practical lessons about dedication and humility in serving a greater purpose. In the afternoon, participants attended the Manila Japanese Association Bon Odori Festival held in Bonifacio Global City. The festival allowed participants to experience Japanese culture through traditional dances, performances, and authentic festival food. It also created opportunities for interaction with members of the Japanese community living in the Philippines, fostering cultural understanding and friendship.

Day 6 – Sunday Service and Mobile Fundraising.

On the sixth day, participants carried out different activities according to their assigned schedules. Some participants attended Sunday Service, joining the wider church community in worship, prayer, and reflection. This allowed them to reconnect spiritually and reflect on the lessons they had learned throughout the workshop. At the same time, other participants began mobile fundraising in Tagaytay starting in the morning. Those who participated in mobile fundraising traveled together and experienced outreach work outside the training center, strengthening their unity and determination while engaging with the public.

Day 7 – True Parents’ Life Course and Graduation.

The final day began with the lecture Life Course of True Parents, which highlighted the life of faith, sacrifice, and dedication demonstrated by True Parents in fulfilling God’s providence. Participants were encouraged to reflect deeply on the meaning of living a life centered on faith and service and to consider how they can embody these values in their own lives. In the afternoon, the workshop concluded with a graduation program, where participants completed their overall reflection writing and shared testimonies about their experiences throughout the seven-day workshop. As part of the program, participants also wrote their personal determination and commitment, expressing their desire to continue growing spiritually and contributing to the church and society.

The workshop concluded with a renewed sense of inspiration and unity among the participants. The program reminded the working youth that even while pursuing careers and professional responsibilities, they can continue to grow spiritually and remain active contributors to the mission of the church. The Future Generation Department encourages more members of the working youth community to participate in future workshops and activities, creating more opportunities for young professionals to deepen their faith, build supportive relationships, and actively support the mission and development of the future generation.
