The seminar opened with a warm welcome by Sayo Okamoto, the mc of the day and remarks from Rev. Kenji Watanabe, setting a thoughtful tone for the day. In the first session, Lecturer Yasuyo Miyaji guided participants through an exploration of God’s original vision for humankind, providing deep insights into the intended purpose and relationship between humanity and the divine.

The second session, also led by Yasuyo Miyaji, focused on “The Fall—Humanity Lost Its Original Parents.” This discussion highlighted how humankind lost its connection to its origin, examining the historical and spiritual consequences of this separation.

Later in the afternoon, Rina Hayashi led the third session on “The Recovery of Heavenly Parent’s Dream.” Attendees engaged with perspectives on restoration and learned practical ways to participate in fulfilling God’s dream for humanity in contemporary times.

The seminar concluded at 4:30pm with closing comments and announcements, including information on upcoming programs and opportunities for further engagement. Overall, the event offered meaningful reflection, education, and community for all who attended.

Leaders and community members gathered for an uplifting afternoon as the 2nd God’s Dream Half Day Seminar took place on 20 December 2025, welcoming over 20 participants, including four newcomers, for a vibrant exploration of faith and purpose.

The event, lauded as a positive step for community outreach, featured three keynote lectures delivered by Sayo, Rina, and Yasuyo. The speakers, all youths, captivated the audience with sessions on discovering God’s true nature and vision in creation, understanding humanity’s divinely inspired life path, and reflecting on the existence of an afterlife.

The delivery by the young presenters was especially well received. Their clarity, passion, and relatable approach encouraged thoughtful reflection among all attendees. “It was inspiring to see the youth take the lead and present such profound topics,” remarked one participant.

After each presentation, participants engaged in group discussions, delving deeper into the subjects and sharing personal insights. These small group sessions were noted for their energy and depth, fostering meaningful connections and a sense of unity among those present.

The seminar was conducted in a welcoming atmosphere, with the presence of new participants and positive feedback from returning members contributing to its overall success.
