The Future Generation Department (FGD), in partnership with IAYSP Pilipinas, WCARP, and Heavenly Top Gun (HTG), successfully conducted the second run of the 4 Day Youth Moral Recovery and Development Education from December 20 to 23, 2025, at the Caloocan CARP Center. While the program continued to serve Aralay scholars and working youth participants, this second batch marked a significant advancement in the initiative, as participants from the previous batch returned as staff members, applying the values, discipline, and leadership skills they had gained from their earlier training.

The four-day program was designed to help participants rediscover moral values, strengthen their faith, and cultivate the discipline and heart needed to become future leaders guided by the Divine Principle. A distinguishing feature of this batch was the active involvement of former participants in supporting team facilitation, logistics, and participant care. Under the guidance of HTG missionaries, these new staff members practiced leadership through service, responsibility, and personal example, creating a bridge between senior leaders and new participants.

Participants were organized into teams, each guided by HTG missionaries serving as elder brothers and sisters. This team-based structure fostered unity, cooperation, and a strong sense of family. The presence of former participants as staff further strengthened peer support and accountability, as they modeled discipline, sincerity, and active participation throughout the program.

The educational component included principle-based lectures on God’s Nature, the Principle of Creation, the Fall, Restoration, Pure Love Education, and Our Idea of Peace. These sessions deepened participants’ understanding of their value as children of God and their responsibility in contributing to moral renewal and peace in society. For the staff members, the lectures reinforced their learning while challenging them to embody the teachings in their daily conduct and leadership roles.

Interactive activities, including group dynamics, exercises, and sports, complemented the lectures by strengthening communication, trust, and teamwork. These activities emphasized physical discipline and the unity of body and spirit, while providing practical opportunities for staff members to guide, support, and mentor participants.

By the conclusion of the program, participants expressed renewed motivation to continue their growth through FFWPU youth organizations, particularly IAYSP and CARP. Overall, the second batch demonstrated the program’s effectiveness in fostering continuity and leadership multiplication, transforming education into lived practice and strengthening the foundation of the FFWPU youth movement.
